What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number and email address. We keep a record of what you ordered and when you collected it.

Why we need it

To confirm your order, to let you know if we are running late or cannot trade, and to match you to your pizzas when you turn up. We do not take payment online, so we never see or store card details.

How long we keep it

12 months after your collection date we permanently remove your name, phone number, email address and any notes. We keep a record of what was sold on the night, with nothing in it that identifies you.

Marketing

We only send you news about specials and locations if you tick the box when ordering. That is separate from your order, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
